Depending on design, balcony mounts attach to railings or suitable freestanding supports. Check railing geometry, tube dimensions, load capacity and unobstructed satellite visibility.

Wind and building requirements

A dish can create substantial wind loads. Verify fixing strength, permitted dish size and any landlord or building rules. Temporary improvised fixings are not a safe permanent solution.
