Here you will find information about our payment methods, shipping costs and delivery conditions.
Payment methods
After completing your order, you will receive the required bank details, total amount and payment reference. Your order will be shipped after payment has been received.
Payment is processed via PayPal. After a successful PayPal payment, no additional bank transfer is required.
You may also collect your order personally from our store. No shipping charges apply to store collection.
Payment upon collection can be made in cash or by card.

Bulky goods & large parcels
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain bulky products, such as larger satellite dishes.
The actual shipping costs applicable to the product and your order are displayed during checkout.
Different charges may apply to bulky shipments outside Germany. Please contact us before ordering if necessary.
Delivery times
The applicable delivery time is displayed on the relevant product page.
For advance payments, the delivery period generally begins after receipt of payment or in accordance with the provisions described in our Terms and Conditions. For electronic payment methods, processing may begin once payment has been successfully confirmed.
The actual transit time may additionally depend on the carrier and destination country.
If an unexpected delay occurs, we will inform you accordingly.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges that are not collected or remitted by us.
These may include customs duties, import VAT, other import charges and fees charged by banks or payment service providers.
Where applicable, these costs are borne by the recipient. Please contact the competent customs and tax authorities for information about the rules applicable in your country.
Returns
If you wish to return goods under your statutory right of withdrawal, you may send the goods to the return address stated in our Withdrawal Policy.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, where this is stated accordingly in our Withdrawal Policy.
Prior contact is not required in order to validly exercise the statutory right of withdrawal.
