§ 1 Scope and Definitions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between

and consumers via the online shop.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor part of their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§ 2 Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The purchase contract is concluded with:

(2) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

(3) By clicking the button "Kostenpflichtig bestellen" (Order with obligation to pay), the customer places a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.

(4) The receipt of the order will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. This automatic confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute an acceptance of the purchase offer.

(5) The contract is concluded by:

• our express acceptance in text form (e.g., via e-mail), or

• the shipment of the ordered goods.

§ 3 Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The contract text is stored by us.

(2) The order data as well as these GTC will be sent to the customer by e-mail after the conclusion of the contract.

(3) Registered customers can view their orders via their customer account.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All specified prices include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

(2) Any additionally incurred shipping costs will be indicated separately in the ordering process.

(3) The payment methods available in the online shop will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

(4) If the payment method bank transfer in advance (Vorkasse) is selected, the purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Delivery

(1) Delivery times are specified in the respective product descriptions.

(2) Unless a deviating delivery period is specified on the product page, delivery will take place within the specified delivery time after conclusion of the contract.

(3) In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution.

(4) In the exceptional case that an ordered item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Ariasat Digital Sat-Systems e.K. until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

The details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Mängelhaftung (Warranty) and Digital Products

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Insofar as goods with digital elements are delivered, the statutory provisions for digital products and the corresponding update obligations apply.

§ 9 Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

§ 11 Consumer Dispute Resolution (ODR Platform)

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
