In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be personally related to you, e.g., name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior. We have taken extensive technical and operational protective measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.

2.) Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data for Orders

Personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. For this purpose, the e-mail, name, and address of the person placing the order, as well as the payment method and the ordered items, are used to process the order. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

We undertake to use and electronically store the data exclusively for the processing of the concluded purchase contracts and to fulfill statutory retention obligations. We store the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. If you have created a customer account, you can view your past orders there at any time.

3.) Contact via E-Mail or Contact Form

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g., e-mail address, name, phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. Insofar as we request entries via our contact form that are not required for contacting you, these are marked as optional. The processing of this data is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary (e.g., after final processing of your inquiry), or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations exist. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4.) Data Security (SSL/TLS Encryption)

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use secure SSL or TLS encryption technology. This ensures that confidential information (e.g., addresses, orders, or payment data) is encrypted before it is sent to us over the Internet. All systems in which we store your customer data are protected by passwords and are only accessible to a controlled, authorized group of persons.

5.) Use of Cookies

Some cookies are deleted after the end of the browser session (session cookies). Others remain on your device and enable us or our service providers to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).

Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free provision of our services). Technically non-necessary cookies (e.g., for analysis purposes) are only set after your express consent via our cookie consent banner pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

6.) Use of Google reCAPTCHA

In order to ensure sufficient data security when submitting forms (e.g., in the contact form or registration), we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). This serves primarily to distinguish whether the entry is made by a natural person or abusively by automated and machine processing (spam bots). This also involves transmitting your IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the security of our website and preventing unwanted, automated access (spam). Google's alternative data protection regulations apply to these data transfers. Further information on Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

We use Google Analytics exclusively with activated IP anonymization. This means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the EU or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

You can revoke your consent to the use of Google Analytics at any time for the future via the cookie settings on our website.
