Personal data is collected when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. For this purpose, the e-mail, name, and address of the person placing the order, as well as the payment method and the ordered items, are used to process the order. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

We undertake to use and electronically store the data exclusively for the processing of the concluded purchase contracts and to fulfill statutory retention obligations. We store the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. If you have created a customer account, you can view your past orders there at any time.

3.) Contact via E-Mail or Contact Form

When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g., e-mail address, name, phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. Insofar as we request entries via our contact form that are not required for contacting you, these are marked as optional.
