Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Exercise Online Withdrawal

If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
