Step-by-Step Installation Guide

For an optimal signal, please follow these steps:

1. Stripping: Carefully remove approx. 12mm of the outer jacket of the coaxial cable.

2. Prepare the Braid: Fold the exposed wire braid back over the outer jacket (do not cut it off!).

3. Dielectric & Inner Conductor: Expose approx. 8mm of the inner conductor by removing the white insulation.

4. Assembly: Screw the EMK 01 F-connector clockwise firmly onto the cable until the dielectric is flush with the inner edge of the connector.

5. Finishing: Trim the inner conductor so that it protrudes approx. 1mm beyond the edge of the connector.
